About The Position
Evenings are when nursing teams need strong, visible leadership the most. As the Evening Shift Clinical Supervisor, you will be the trusted clinical and operational leader supporting nursing staff after business hours—removing barriers, advocating for nurses, and ensuring patients continue to receive safe, timely, high-quality care. This role is designed for a leader who enjoys being present on the units, solving problems in real time, and building strong relationships that keep nurses engaged, supported, and staying with the organization. Requirements
- Graduate of a nursing program
- 2 years of nursing experience in a hospital (inpatient roles) or clinical (outpatient roles) setting Required
- Participation in continuing education and maintenance of current knowledge for the care of patients in assigned unit(s)
- Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse
- Valid BLS certification

Responsibilities
- Continuous collaboration with the Clinical Manager to ensure consistent supervision of the staff.
