Earn a Sign-On bonus (up to $3,000) when you join our team as a Clinical Supervisor, MA-C, LPN or RN! Title: Clinical Supervisor, MA-C, LPN or RN Location: UCC Bellingham, with occasional travel to our urgent care centers in Mt. Vernon or Lynden as needed. Position: Full-time (30–40 hours/week), non-exempt (hourly). One weekend per month (Saturday and Sunday) required. Rotating Leadership Call week and availability outside standard business hours required. Compensation: The full wage scale for a Clinical Supervisor, MA-C is $26.72 - $36.81 per hour. The full wage scale for a Clinical Supervisor, LPN is $27.70 - $38.17 per hour. The full wage scale for a Clinical Supervisor, RN is $33.20 - $49.08 per hour. Placement within the wage range is determined by the candidate’s relevant experience. Bonus: Candidates are eligible to receive a sign-on bonus of $3,000 when accepting a full-time position (0.75 - 1.0 FTE) or $1,500 when accepting a part-time position (0.5 - 0.74 FTE)(Subject to payback clause).
