About The Position
The Clinical Supervisor at Tarzana Treatment Center is responsible for overseeing counselors and case managers involved in direct patient care. This role includes providing direct services such as psychotherapy, consultations, and crisis intervention, while implementing the treatment philosophy of the organization. The Clinical Supervisor reports to both the Program Director for administrative tasks and the Clinical Director for clinical matters.
