Clinical Supervisor - LCADC, CCS

The Clinical Supervisor position at Central Jersey CTC, part of Acadia Healthcare's Comprehensive Treatment Centers, is a full-time role focused on overseeing a clinical team in an outpatient addiction recovery setting. The Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining high standards of professional counseling practice in accordance with clinic policies and procedures. This role involves directing patient care, facilitating workflows, and serving as a resource for staff while providing leadership to the clinical team. The position is designed to ensure that the clinical staff adheres to state and federal regulations, CARF standards, and corporate policies, thereby promoting a safe and effective treatment environment for patients seeking recovery from Opioid Use Disorder. In this role, the Clinical Supervisor will monitor the compliance of counselors with productivity requirements and develop improvement plans when necessary. They will also be responsible for making staff assignments, creating schedules, and updating support staff on any changes. Conducting patient treatment plan reviews, performing chart audits, and communicating the results of these audits to the staff are also key responsibilities. Additionally, the Clinical Supervisor will assist in the recruitment, hiring, and training of qualified clinical staff, and will be involved in crisis intervention, acting as a liaison within the community as needed. Ensuring ethical and professional conduct among clinical staff is paramount in this position, as it directly impacts the quality of care provided to patients.
