Clinical Supervisor – IOP (CCBHC Expansion) (134-70)
About The Position
La Clinica de Familia (LCDF) is an FQHC with several locations in Southern New Mexico. For over 40 years, we have provided services to the residents of Southern New Mexico. To empower and enrich families, individuals, and communities by providing quality medical, dental, behavioral health and educational service for people of all cultures. With the expansion of LCDF services as a newly designated Certified Behavioral Health Community Center, we are creating an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) team. The clinical supervisor is responsible for clinical and administrative oversight of the programs assigned. Clinical supervisors will conduct individual supervision for assigned staff, review documentation for non-independently licensed staff and provide coaching and guidance on diagnosis and quality measures, coordinate with other supervisors in facilitating clinical group supervision, and participate in quality improvement and operational meetings. Clinical supervisors may also provide services to patients which may include biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy.
Requirements
- Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a behavioral health related field.
- Current New Mexico independent license in the field of counseling, social work, psychology or marriage and family therapy.
- Have a minimum of one year supervisory experience.
- Have at least one year of relevant experience working with clients with substance or alcohol use.
- Must maintain a clean driving record, valid driver’s license, and current car insurance.
- Must submit to LCDF required background check, TB screen and drug testing.
