About The Position
The Clinical Supervisor for Family Centered Treatment at Lutheran Family Services of NE, Inc. is responsible for providing clinical supervision to assigned staff, managing client care, and overseeing the planning, development, and coordination of the Family Centered Treatment® (FCT) program. This role focuses on delivering evidence-based home-based trauma treatment to children and families, particularly those at risk of family dissolution or in need of reunification. The Clinical Supervisor will work closely with staff in Omaha and Lincoln, ensuring compliance with program guidelines and fostering positive relationships with community partners.
