About The Position

Qualified Supervising Professional (QSP) Responsibilities: You serve as the EIDBI QSP. You are clinically accountable for all EIDBI services delivered under your supervision, ensuring they meet DHS standards for quality, individualization, effectiveness, and medical necessity. Clinical Leadership: You lead EIDBI service delivery. You determine medical necessity and oversee ongoing progress monitoring. Your decisions guide care. Supervision and Oversight: You provide clinical supervision for Level I, II, and III EIDBI providers. You ensure services follow treatment plans and DHS requirements while mentoring staff and modeling ethical, compassionate care. Treatment Planning: Develop and update Individual Treatment Plans (ITPs) focused on functional, meaningful outcomes. You review data and adjust care as needed. Care Coordination: Collaborate with families, schools, and medical providers. You lead interdisciplinary meetings and communication. Assessment: Conduct CMDE and skill-based assessments as required for EIDBI services.

Requirements

  • Active BCBA
  • Active Minnesota LBA
  • Meets DHS standards for Qualified Supervising Professional (Minimum 2,000 hours of documented clinical experience with ASD)

Benefits

  • Real Administrative Support: Dedicated scheduler and biller. You do not manage cancellations. You do not handle authorizations or claims.
  • Hybrid Schedule: 2 to 3 days in-home or clinic; 1 to 2 days remote for planning, notes, and supervision tasks.
  • Enrollment Support: We handle DHS enrollment, background studies, and required assurance statements.
  • $85,000 - $124,800 base pay
