About The Position
Must reside in the Mid Atlantic Region. Provides staffing coordination along with technical and administrative support to the float pool manager, supervisors, regional managers and staff. This includes staffing, scheduling, maintaining databases, monitoring staff time and attendance, and assisting with research, data compilation, hiring trend analysis, FTE budget to actual tracking and resolution of a variety of human resource issues. Maintains and supports a culture of compliance, ethics and integrity. Maintains knowledge of policies and procedures and performs in accordance with the Principles of Responsibilities and applicable regulatory requirements, external laws and accreditation standards. Appropriately reports observed fraud or abuse.
