About The Position
The Clinical Staff Trainer will be responsible for training Medical Assistants (MAs) and nurses in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) clinic setting. This role ensures that clinical staff are proficient in patient rooming, workflow processes, and Epic EHR usage. The Clinical Educator will provide a structured onboarding program for new hires and facilitate ongoing training for current staff, including training on newly implemented processes. Optimize the scope of practice for MA/Nurse staff to increase support and efficiency for our providers, close care gaps and improve patient quality, and improve the patient experience.
