About The Position
The Clinical Staff Pharmacist at USC Mann School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences will provide medication management services through the Virtual Pharmacist Care Center (VPCC). This role involves delivering telephonic and video-telehealth services, focusing on Medication Therapy Management (MTM) and Comprehensive Medication Management (CMM) for various patient populations.
