Requirements
- Pharmacist credentialed from the Texas State Board of Pharmacy required.
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy required.

- MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS OF HOSPITAL EXPERIENCE
Responsibilities
- Ensure patient safety and optimal care by selecting, dosing, and dispensing complex medication orders for specialized areas, such as oncology and cardiology.
- Serve as a pharmacy subject matter expert, providing critical drug information, education, and guidance to physicians, clinical staff, and leadership.
- Drive continuous quality improvement by reviewing medication regimens to identify, prevent, and resolve potential drug-related problems.
- Guide and oversee technical personnel in the accurate preparation and delivery of medications, upholding the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance.
