Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or Nursing Degree.
• Outside sales experience preferred.
• Patient care experience preferred (e.g., medical technician, medical assistant, nurse, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary resource for clinical support in case coverage and troubleshooting.
• Attend cases in customer accounts and advise physicians on clinical attributes and techniques associated with products.
• Educate customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products through presentations and demonstrations.
• Respond to customer needs and complaints by developing creative solutions or collaborating with personnel for optimal outcomes.
• Ensure timely collection and reporting of all required medical documentation related to product operation.
• Support the Quality Policy by maintaining compliance with all quality requirements.
