About The Position

The Clinical Specialist with Stryker Spine's Enabling Technologies will provide clinical product support to all end users and provide on-site guidance and assistance during surgical procedures. This role involves training surgeons and operating room staff in the operation of the company's navigation technologies, associated equipment, and instruments to ensure procedural efficiency. The Clinical Specialist will use proprietary software to prepare pre-operative scans for use in conjunction with the company's Enabling Technologies system, assist surgeons in preoperative planning, and provide intra-operative guidance. Additionally, the role includes providing prompt and accurate complaint reports as per the requirements of Stryker Enabling Technologies quality system, case coverage at accounts, and supporting the development and execution of the sales plan to grow the utilization of navigation technologies by increasing volume with current and potential surgeons. The Clinical Specialist will actively sell the clinical benefits of the products and build strong, positive relationships with key surgeons and OR staff at targeted accounts. Collaboration with Sales Representatives and Marketing is essential to increase communication around product performance, and obtaining purchase orders for products consumed during surgical procedures is also part of the responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or 6 years clinical experience required.
  • Valid driver's license required.
