About The Position
The Clinical Specialist with Stryker Spine's Enabling Technologies will play a crucial role in providing clinical product support to end users and offering on-site guidance during surgical procedures. This position is field-based, primarily operating within hospitals throughout South Florida, and requires a commitment to supporting customers based on business needs. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working, confident, and results-oriented salesperson who can leverage their relationship skills and depth of knowledge to secure buy-in and loyalty from surgeons and operating room staff. The role demands organized self-starters who can maintain precise inventory control to ensure the proper implementation of solutions with the right products or tools. In this position, the Clinical Specialist will be responsible for training surgeons and operating room staff on the operation of Stryker's navigation technologies and associated equipment. They will utilize proprietary software to prepare pre-operative scans and assist surgeons in preoperative planning and intra-operative guidance. The role also involves providing prompt and accurate complaint reports, solving product problems for customers, and supporting the development and execution of the sales plan to grow the utilization of navigation technologies. Building strong relationships with key surgeons and OR staff is essential, as is collaborating with sales representatives and marketing teams to enhance communication around product performance. The Clinical Specialist will also be responsible for obtaining purchase orders for products used during surgical procedures and maintaining accurate records of case coverage. They may direct product evaluations in operating room and office settings and identify opportunities for cross-divisional labs for product education. This role is mission-driven, requiring team members to work whatever hours necessary to fulfill their purpose of improving healthcare and changing lives.
