Under the supervision of the Manager, conducts evaluations to identify and improve patient care processes, impacting on patient outcome/satisfaction. Requirements
- Degree in Nursing.
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
- One year of experience in health care evaluation, health information or healthcare quality preferred. Equivalent related experience may be substituted.
- Excellent oral/written skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) is required.
- NYS Nursing License required.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree, preferred.
- Experience with performance improvement of project management tools, preferred.
- Certified Professional in HealthCare Quality (CPHQ) and/or certification in project management (e.g. PMP, IHI, Six Sigma) preferred
