In this role, you'll deliver high-quality assessments and interventions in patients' homes, supporting a wide range of needs including medical, orthopaedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions. Your work will be varied and impactful-housing assessments, adaptations, moving and handling, functional assessments, and falls and frailty management.
