Applies clinical and technical expertise to design, develop, and deliver digital and online educational solutions that support global customers and internal stakeholders. This role is focused on the creation of scalable digital education, including on-demand learning, live online education, and other virtual educational services, rather than routine local, in-person customer support. The role works cross-functionally with Sales, Global Product Management (GPM), Research & Development (R&D), Marketing, and Technical Services to ensure educational content is clinically accurate, aligned with product strategy, and supports successful product adoption across markets. The position includes regular participation in video-based digital education for global audiences.
