About The Position

The Clinical Specialist CRM at Medtronic is responsible for providing technical, educational, operational, and sales support to meet the sales and customer service objectives of the Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) district. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure high reliability and quality in products and services, while also being available for unscheduled needs within the assigned territory.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma with a minimum of 6 years of work experience in healthcare or field sales, or an Associate's Degree with 4 years of experience, or a Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of experience.
  • Experience utilizing complex mathematics, mechanical concepts, science, or computing.

  • Strong work ethic in accomplishing objectives of the position.
  • Expertise with Microsoft tools and other applications (e.g., SalesForce).

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support including checks/interrogations of CRM medical device systems post sign-off.
  • Support implants of all CRM products post sign-off.
  • Provide on-call support as needed on evenings and weekends post sign-off.
  • Assure completion of patient registration and required hospital documentation.
  • Manage consignment inventory and trunk inventory once obtained.
  • Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on products or solutions.
  • Assist with educating and training new Clinical Specialists and Sales Representatives post sign-off.
  • Partner with DSM, Sales Reps, and DM to learn market dynamics and local customer needs.
  • Assist with obtaining customer POs throughout the quarter.
  • Stay up to date on new products, solutions, and patient management offerings.
