About The Position

The Clinical Specialist CRM position at Medtronic involves providing technical, educational, operational, and sales support to meet the objectives of the Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) team. This role requires collaboration with healthcare professionals to ensure the reliability and quality of CRM products and services, while also being accountable for customer needs and expectations. The position demands flexibility, as Clinical Specialists must be available for unscheduled needs and are expected to work weekends and holidays as required.

Requirements

• High School Diploma with a minimum of 6 years of work experience in healthcare or related fields, or an Associate's Degree with 4 years of experience, or a Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of experience.
• Experience utilizing complex mathematics, mechanical concepts, science, or computing.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support including checks/interrogations of CRM medical device systems and support for implants post sign-off.
• Assure completion of patient registration and manage consignment inventory.
• Educate and train physicians and hospital personnel on CRM products and solutions.
• Assist with obtaining customer purchase orders and understand market dynamics.
• Stay updated on new products and complete assigned training in a timely manner.
