About The Position

Requirements

• High School Diploma with a minimum of 6 years of work experience in healthcare or field sales, or an Associate's Degree with 4 years of experience, or a Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of experience.
• Thorough working knowledge of medical terminology and the medical device industry.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships across organizational levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools and applications, such as SalesForce.com.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support by completing CRM Field Technical Training and performing checks/interrogations of medical device systems post sign-off.
• Support the implantation of all CRM products and provide on-call support as needed.
• Assist with patient registration and manage consignment inventory and trunk inventory.
• Educate and train physicians and hospital personnel on CRM products and solutions.
• Partner with sales representatives to understand market dynamics and customer needs, assisting in obtaining customer purchase orders.
