About The Position

Requirements

  • High School diploma with a minimum of 6 years of work experience in healthcare within an EP, Cath Lab setting or sales in the cardiac field.
  • Associate degree with a minimum of 4 years of work experience in healthcare within an EP, Cath Lab setting or sales in the cardiac field.
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of work experience in healthcare within an EP, Cath Lab setting or sales in the cardiac field.

Nice To Haves

  • B.A./B.S. Degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or technical discipline with a minimum of four years' work experience in the cardiac field.
  • Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field, EP lab, in a hospital/clinic or EP medical sales providing technical/clinical support.
  • Proven track record with technical training assignments.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical, educational, clinical, and sales support to assist the Region in meeting Cardiac Ablation Solutions sales and customer service objectives.
  • Represent Medtronic CAS during ablation procedures to provide troubleshooting and other technical assistance.
  • Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on technical matters relating to AFS products and related procedures.
  • Conduct one-on-one training sessions, in-service education programs, and seminars.
  • Assist in educating and training new Clinical Specialists and Account Managers.
  • Update sales representatives concerning procedures and notify Account Manager regarding issues requiring follow-up.
  • Promote the safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products and related procedures.
