Nurses Direct is looking for skilled skilled and empathetic Clinical Social Workers to join our interdisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic services, case management, and advocacy for patients in inpatient and/or outpatient settings. This role is essential in promoting the mental and emotional well -being of our patients while supporting them in achieving their treatment goals. Requirements
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent, as required by state law.
- Minimum [2 years] of experience in a mental health or clinical setting preferred.
- Strong knowledge of behavioral health disorders and evidence -based practices.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in care delivery.
