We are seeking a Clinical Social Worker to provide comprehensive, client-centered care to individuals and families facing crisis, homelessness, trauma, or instability. This role blends clinical assessment, therapeutic intervention, and intensive care coordination to promote safety, healing, and long-term self-sufficiency. The Clinical Social Worker will conduct assessments, facilitate therapy and crisis counseling, and coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team to address complex behavioral health, social, and environmental needs.
