About The Position

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Social Work.
• Minimum of two years of experience as a MA LICSW in Massachusetts.
• Social Work supervision experience.
• Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced multidisciplinary team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with social services agencies and understanding of social determinants of health, family crisis intervention, and trauma.

Responsibilities

• Providing clinical social work services to assist patients and families with personal, family, medical, and environmental difficulties.
• Performing psychosocial and risk assessments, assigning diagnoses, and developing and implementing interventions and treatment plans.
• Participating in planning and implementation of discharge and outpatient service plans.
• Collaborating with healthcare teams and community agencies to plan, implement, and follow up on treatment and provision of needed services.
• Supervising interns and staff social workers.
