About The Position

The Clinical Social Worker (Health/CF) Safety position is a limited term role for 12 months, with the possibility of extension up to 24 months or becoming permanent. Under the general direction of the Senior Psychologist or the Supervising Psychiatric Social Worker, the Clinical Social Worker conducts assessments, diagnoses, and collaborates in treatment planning. Responsibilities include providing assessments, group therapy, and documenting patient progress. The role also involves coordinating placement with community resources and the Classification and Parole Representative.

Requirements

• Possession of a valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker issued by the California Board of Behavioral Science.
• Completion of a master's degree program from an accredited school of social work.
