About The Position
The Clinical Social Worker (Health/CF) Safety position at California State Prison, Los Angeles County involves conducting assessments, summarizing case information for diagnosis and treatment, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary treatment team. The role includes developing, monitoring, and modifying treatment plans, providing assessments and group therapy, and documenting patient progress. The position is under the general direction of the Senior Psychologist or Supervising Psychiatric Social Worker and requires coordination with community resources and the Classification and Parole Representative. The position is part-time, permanent, and located in Lancaster, CA, approximately 45 miles north of Los Angeles.
