About The Position
The Clinical Social Worker position focuses on providing early childhood behavioral health services to infants, toddlers, and young children up to six years old, along with their families. The role involves working directly with caregivers in their homes and community settings to deliver family-centered therapy aimed at promoting healthy social and emotional development. The clinician will utilize established models such as the Infant Mental Health Model and The Incredible Years Model to address behavioral, emotional, and social issues in children. As an Infant Mental Health Clinician, the professional will engage with families of children from birth to three years old, providing therapy that fosters family stability and enhances the parent-child relationship. The Outpatient Clinician will work with children aged four to six, offering mental health therapy either in-office or virtually. The clinician will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, developing treatment plans with measurable objectives, and ensuring timely documentation of services and billing data. The position requires a commitment to core values such as dedication, passion, accountability, and respect. The clinician will also participate in outreach activities, maintain relationships with referral agencies, and engage in ongoing professional development through training sessions and team meetings. This role is essential in supporting the overall development of children and providing crisis intervention and case management services as needed.
