About The Position

We’re hiring a Clinical Site Supervisor at a competitive salary to lead day-to-day operations at our Pennsylvania clinic. This role is ideal for a licensed clinician with leadership experience and a strong background in behavioral health services. You'll oversee staff performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and support clinical excellence by supervising therapy services and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Clinical Social Work, Counseling, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in behavioral health
• Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license

Nice To Haves

• One (1) year of supervisory experience
• Active professional licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Supervise therapy staff, assign caseloads, and provide regular performance evaluations
• Interview, recommend, and onboard new hires
• Conduct clinical chart audits and ensure documentation compliance
• Provide psychotherapy services, including individual, group, and family therapy
• Monitor staff development, in-service training, and licensure supervision
• Respond to critical incidents, accidents, and grievances
• Represent the outpatient program on internal committees and community networks
• Ensure adherence to policies, licensing regulations, and funding requirements
• Prepare and submit administrative reports related to staffing, billing, and quality measures
