Requirements

Five years of clinical experience in nursing.
Three years of leadership experience in a clinical setting.
Current Registered Nurse License.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.
