Clinical Services Manager, RN, Registered Nurse - Full-Time Position
About The Position
We’re seeking an experienced and collaborative PACE Clinical Services Manager to lead nursing operations across the PACE clinic and PACE Home Care program. This role is responsible for day-to-day clinical operations, staff leadership, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is a seasoned nurse leader who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and is passionate about delivering patient-centered care to the geriatric population. Full-time, leadership-focused nursing management role supporting comprehensive, interdisciplinary care for older adults within a PACE model.
Requirements
- BSN or ADN from an accredited nursing program
- Active Registered Nurse licensure meeting applicable state requirements
- Minimum five (5) years of nursing experience, including at least one (1) year working with the elderly population
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to travel between clinic sites and participant homes as needed; valid driver’s license and proof of insurance required if using a personal vehicle
