About The Position

The Clinical Services Manager at Insulet Corporation plays a crucial role in enhancing diabetes care through the Omnipod product platform. Requirements

  • Proficiency with technology, including large data systems and personal devices.
  • Bachelor's degree (strongly preferred) with 2+ years' related experience or an Associate degree (minimally required).
  • Professional credentials required: Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE), Registered Dietitian (RD), or Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience conducting training in a clinical setting and/or managing insulin pump patients.

Responsibilities

  • Establish Clinical Partnerships with key stakeholders, including endocrinologists and diabetes management teams.
  • Share expertise with healthcare providers about diabetes management and the latest technologies.
  • Expand network and credibility within the diabetes community by participating in local events.
  • Schedule and deliver personalized training to patients on the use of Insulet products.
  • Assess patient needs and customize training programs for varying familiarity levels with the device.
  • Provide ongoing support and education to patients, addressing questions and troubleshooting issues.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to align training with clinical treatment plans.
  • Evaluate and recommend Certified Pod Trainers (CPTs) for consultancy roles.
  • Oversee CPTs by providing product updates and being a clinical resource.
  • Leverage data sources to inform education strategy and maintain training metrics.
  • Promote the benefits of insulin pump therapy to healthcare providers and patients.
  • Collaborate with territory partners to achieve shared sales goals.
  • Champion patient success stories to drive product adoption through clinical selling techniques.
