About The Position

Manages and directs daily operations of assigned staff. Plans, organizes and determines daily staffing levels, space and equipment needs. Maintains the Kronos system. Coordinates efficient use of staff among departments. Supports M.D.'s offices. Manages services and activities of clinical service / profit centers. Monitors clinical functions of each unit to ensue highest quality care provided. Ensures all Clinic policies / procedures are understood and closely followed. Manages performance of staff and promotes high morale. Provides direction, discipline and counseling to all staff to ensure high state of morals and overall efficient operation. Assists Director in meeting departmental goals / objectives. Works closely with Director to ensure all major projects are accomplished on time. Keeps open lines of communication with Director to enhance departmental unity. Performs duties as assigned by Director.

Requirements

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited school of Registered Nursing.
  • Current Florida State R.N. license.
  • Experience: Minimum of five years management experience in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to multi task, prioritize and possess critical thinking skills.
  • Other Requirements: BLS certification required.

Nice To Haves

  • Out Patient management experience preferred.
  • ACLS certification preferred.
