This is a 100% on-site position at the Rancho Cordova office Your Role The Non-Clinical Support Queue team ensures that outbound notifications are completed in a timely manner and returned mail is reprocessed. The Clinical Services Coordinator, Advanced will report to the Pharmacy Authorization Center Supervisor. In this role you will be sorting and remailing returned mail, send notifications out to our members and providers, and monitor email mailboxes.
