About The Position

As a Clinical Scientist at ICON, you will be responsible for designing and conducting clinical studies to advance the understanding of new therapies. This role involves taking responsibility for clinical research deliverables, applying skills to ensure quality and efficiency in study execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field
• Experience in clinical research or a related scientific role, with a strong understanding of clinical trial processes.
• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data interpretation and statistical analysis.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams.
• Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high standards of data integrity and quality.
• Willingness to travel as required (approximately 20%)

Responsibilities

• Design and implement clinical trial protocols, ensuring adherence to scientific and regulatory standards.
• Conduct data analysis and interpretation to derive insights that support study objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective study execution and data quality.
• Engage with stakeholders to communicate findings and contribute to scientific discussions.
• Assist in the preparation of regulatory submissions, study reports, and scientific publications.
