Requirements

High School Diploma—your foundational platform for launching into healthcare innovation.
Certification as a Medical Assistant or expertise in EHRS medical documentation—a tactical advantage in your arsenal.
BLS/CPR certification—prioritizing safety in a tech-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Collaboratively innovate with front desk and clinical teams to optimize provider schedules seamlessly.
Orchestrate daily communication streams to ensure scheduling efficiency and operational excellence.
Identify and solve scheduling bottlenecks using data-driven insights to enhance clinic performance.
Execute agile patient movements within schedules to ensure optimal care delivery.
Leverage advanced tools for same-day or next-day appointments and chronic disease management, enhancing patient outcomes.
Act as a key player in scheduling expedited appointments for urgent care needs.
Maintain a dynamic list of available providers, including locum tenens, to ensure seamless shift coverage.
Accelerate the scheduling process for walk-in patients, particularly newborns, ensuring timely and responsive care.
Be the strategic contact for our Contact Center, facilitating same-day patient visits with precision.
Lead proactive patient communication through reminder calls and efficient management of patient portal messages.
Participate in continuous learning and apply new strategies to enhance scheduling prowess.
