Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• Basic working knowledge of computers.
• Accuracy and attentiveness to detail.
• An alternate combination of experience, education and training by management to be equivalent to the foregoing.

Responsibilities

• Receive daily shipments of samples and other materials.
• Assess the samples upon receipt.
• Enter data in ICON’s Lab Database.
• Store samples based on protocol specifications.
• Perform a quality check of controlled forms.
• Scan paperwork, archive visits and other regulated documentation.
• Barcode labelling and validation of specimens.
• Transport specimens to the technicians in the laboratory to be analyzed.
• Adhere to OSHA and the Company's Health and Safety regulations and security procedures.
• Document and research any problems with received specimens.
