About The Position

The Clinical Sales Specialist provides clinical expertise and sales support for Elevate Healthcare’s Evo simulation solutions, driving adoption and market penetration in alignment with ambitious sales goals (200 units in 2026, on track for 50%+ market share). This role reports directly to Commercial Zone Managers within the commercial organization, collaborating across teams to target new customers and support growth objectives. The Specialist delivers powerful clinical demonstrations, educates customers, and strengthens the sales funnel, serving as a key driver of Evo commercial success. By joining the Commercial organization, you will be part of an innovative team shaping the future of healthcare workforce training while advancing patient safety.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with diverse customers.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning and simulation center operations.
  • Able to travel up to 75% to support sales initiatives, events, and trainings.
  • Able to lift/move up to 50 pounds (mannequin/equipment).
  • Able to travel and work remotely as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Active clinical license (e.g., RN, RT, EMT) preferred.
  • Experience in simulation-based education, clinical training delivery, or healthcare sales strongly preferred.
  • Experience with virtual training platforms and remote customer support.
  • Familiarity with patient simulation solutions, especially Evo.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in sales engagements, customer meetings, and industry events, providing clinical and educational perspectives to guide purchasing decisions.
  • Lead clinical sales demonstrations for prospective and current Evo customers, tailoring delivery for special events and high-value prospects (“super 80” accounts).
  • Reinforce Elevate’s commitment to simulation-driven education and patient safety by connecting Evo features to common healthcare challenges.
  • Work with Zone Manager and Territory Sales Managers to focus outreach on new and early adopter customers, rapidly driving the market to key tipping points.
  • Contribute insights and feedback on customer needs to refine messaging and support continued product success.
  • Participate in KPI and pipeline reviews to ensure accountability for sales goals and continuous funnel progress.
  • Provide onboarding, product training, and customer support in partnership with sales, marketing, and service teams.
  • Help curate and deliver customer education (onsite/web-based) and distributor training as directed by sales leadership and market strategies.
  • As needed, assist in simulator setup/technical troubleshooting with support teams to ensure successful sales and product launches.
  • Always comply with safety and ethical standards, at company sites, customer sites, and public events.
  • Preserve security of proprietary information and company confidentiality.
  • Perform other necessary duties as assigned by Commercial Zone Managers.
