About The Position

The Clinical Sales Representative will promote Stryker's advanced point of care imaging solutions, specifically the SPY fluorescence imaging system, to enhance patient care and drive capital acquisition. This role involves collaborating with Core Endoscopy Sales Representatives and engaging with hospital personnel to achieve sales goals and foster utilization of the technology. The position is designed for ambitious individuals looking to maximize their earning potential in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Requirements

  • 1-5 years of selling experience with a proven record.
  • Medical related sales experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of the Operating Room environment preferred.
  • Excellent clinical selling skills and ability to build credibility with surgeons and hospital administration.
  • Demonstrated verbal, written, interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and identify new business opportunities.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

  • Promotes and sells SPY fluorescence imaging system to achieve sales goals.
  • Educates and informs doctors, nurses, and staff on the proper use and maintenance of SPY technology.
  • Becomes a clinical expert across all imaging platforms and industry trends.
  • Directs product evaluations in operating room and office settings.
  • Develops strong relationships with Core Endoscopy Sales Representatives and collaborates effectively with them.
  • Assists in the preparation and operation of trade shows, conventions, and clinical meetings.
  • Keeps Regional Manager informed of territory progress regularly.
  • Solves product problems for customers promptly.
  • May assist in the training and development of sales personnel.
  • Sells DermACELL advanced decellularized dermis for reconstructive applications.
  • Conducts OR in servicing, presentations, case proctoring, and lead identification/follow up.
  • Partners with MedEd team to drive customer and rep clinical education.
