About The Position

We are looking for exceptional engineers and key team members to join our talented team of innovators and industry leaders. Our Clinical Sales Team is dynamic and collaborative, committed to revolutionizing robotic surgery by introducing groundbreaking solutions that improve patient outcomes and enhance procedural efficiency. The Clinical Sales Manager will manage and nurture relationships with key clients across the CA, AZ, TX region, requiring frequent travel to ensure client satisfaction and drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 3 years sales experience, preferably in medical devices.
  • Experience and comfort selling in a clinical setting.
  • Ability to develop expertise and demonstrate credibility quickly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects/accounts simultaneously.
  • Ability to effectively utilize a CRM to manage and track progress against strategic priorities.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and the ability to successfully pass a check of a driver's record.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting physicians through the learning curve with a technical product or procedure.
  • Experience with pulmonary, thoracic oncology, radiology and endoscopy procedures and call points.
  • Program and/or market development experience.
  • Early commercial/startup experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.
  • Provide strategic leadership to the sales team, fostering their professional development and ensuring alignment with the company’s sales objectives.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the clinical applications of our robotic lung navigation system.
  • Provide in-depth clinical education and training to customers, ensuring proficiency in utilizing our technology.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clinical stakeholders, including pulmonologists and thoracic surgeons.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, offering ongoing support and guidance.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in respiratory medicine.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Work in tandem with the technical support team to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing support for customers.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new members of the clinical sales team.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics and provide regular updates to senior management.
