The Clinical Manager designs, implements, and evaluates patient care by coordinating, delegating and supervising the care of the health care team, including licensed nurses, medical assistants, patient and customer service representatives, surgery schedulers and other health professionals and is responsible for all the day-to-day operations. This position will oversee the OBGYN clinics at our Midtown and West Chester locations as well as our Reproductive and Endocrinology practices.

Requirements

Education: BSN; current licensure.
Experience: Three to five years of management experience.

Communication and Relationship Building: Proficient in communication and technologies to address nursing, healthcare and organizational issues appropriate to diverse audiences.
