Clinical RN - Endoscopy - Sharp Memorial Hospital - Variable Shift - Part Time

The position involves providing direct and indirect nursing services to patients and families. The role requires a graduate of nursing school with at least 1 year of clinical RN experience in an acute care setting. The nurse will be responsible for utilizing the nursing process and critical thinking to provide individualized patient care, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring the delivery of safe and effective care. The nurse will also engage in clinical leadership, patient education, and advocacy, while maintaining a therapeutic relationship with patients and their families.
