The RN Educator works with staff to enhance clinical competency, critical thinking and process/procedures improving nursing practice while promoting high quality, safe patient care.

Requirements

• BSN Required; Master's Degree preferred.
• An Active Arizona RN License or Compact License required.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS required within 60 days of hire.
• 3 years of clinical experience required in multiple clinical areas including Med/surg; Telemetry; Surgical Services and/or critical care.
• Prior Experience in teaching preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Master's Degree preferred.
• Prior Experience in teaching preferred.
