About The Position

Revv Staffing is seeking a clinically experienced Clinical Respiratory Sales Representative to expand hospital-based referral relationships and grow our home ventilation program. This field-based role blends respiratory clinical expertise with sales and territory development, focused primarily on ventilator patients transitioning from hospital to home care. The ideal candidate is a licensed Respiratory Therapist with strong local referral relationships who can lead with clinical credibility, build trust with hospital partners and drive sustainable territory growth. Territory & Travel Texas Territory: Dallas and north Oklahoma Territory: Oklahoma City and south Field-based role with approximately 80% or more travel within the assigned territory Typical travel radius up to 150 miles Company vehicle provided

Requirements

  • Active Respiratory Therapist license in Texas or Oklahoma
  • Strong existing relationships with hospital-based referral sources
  • Hands-on experience with mechanical ventilation
  • Minimum 2 years of healthcare sales or referral development experience
  • Strong communication, organization and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage territory scheduling

Nice To Haves

  • DME, LTACH or critical care background strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow referral relationships with hospitals, pulmonologists, case managers and respiratory departments
  • Focus primarily on ventilator referrals with secondary CPAP opportunities
  • Conduct clinical education, presentations and in-services
  • Document referral activity, sales calls and meetings in Brightree EMR
  • Collaborate with internal RT and operations teams to ensure smooth patient transitions
  • Provide hands-on patient setup and follow-up as needed
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards
