About The Position

We're seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Clinical Resources Development Specialist to support our Clinical Operations Resource Support team. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and optimize clinical resources that empower our healthcare professionals and improve outcomes

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or healthcare specialty from an accredited university (required); Master's Degree preferred
Active, unrestricted RN license preferred
CCM certification required; CRRN or CNE/Nursing Professional Development certification preferred
Minimum 7 years of experience managing catastrophic injury cases
In-depth knowledge of healthcare delivery systems, standards of care for catastrophic diagnoses, and case management practices
Proven experience in mentoring, adult learning, and skill development
Proficient in designing and delivering engaging educational content using various instructional tools and technologies
Ability to apply adult learning theories to practical, application-based strategies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong ability to simplify complex material and resolve conflicts creatively
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
Intermediate computer skills including MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and LMS platforms
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to online learning
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Focused on continuous improvement, diversity, equity, and inclusion in learning programs
Exceptional customer service orientation
