We’re seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Clinical Resources Development Specialist to support our Clinical Operations Resource Support team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and optimize clinical resources that empower our healthcare professionals and improve outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or healthcare specialty from an accredited university (required); Master’s Degree preferred
  • Active, unrestricted RN license preferred
  • CCM certification required; CRRN or CNE/Nursing Professional Development certification preferred
  • Minimum 7 years of experience managing catastrophic injury cases
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare delivery systems, standards of care for catastrophic diagnoses, and case management practices
  • Proven experience in mentoring, adult learning, and skill development
  • Proficient in designing and delivering engaging educational content using various instructional tools and technologies
  • Ability to apply adult learning theories to practical, application-based strategies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong ability to simplify complex material and resolve conflicts creatively
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
  • Intermediate computer skills including MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and LMS platforms
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to online learning
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Focused on continuous improvement, diversity, equity, and inclusion in learning programs
  • Exceptional customer service orientation
