About The Position

Saint Luke’s Crittenton Children’s Center in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Clinical Resource Specialist to join our team. Areas of service include Northland counties such as Clay, Platte and Ray Responsibilities: Swing shift and varies M-F. Remote for administrative, in-office meetings twice monthly, client contact is conducted in-person and in the community. Provides trauma-informed care and assists children, youth, and families cope with complex behavior and mental health needs Individuals will reduce barriers for clients and their families by meeting with them in their homes, schools, and in the community Completes progress notes, assessments, treatment plans, and other required documentation within required timeframe This role will share coverage for weekend crisis on-call phone Individuals in this position may find themselves deployed in a variety of settings within the organization and may serve on more than one team

Requirements

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• Must have a clean driving record with applicable vehicle insurance
• Applicable Experience: Less than 1 year
• Master's Degree - Counseling
• Master's Degree - Psychology
