Clinical Resource Implementation Analyst Senior Department: 12062 Enterprise Corporate - Supply Chain: AHSCA Services Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: N/A Pay Range $35.50 - $53.25 Major Responsibilities Medical Product Deployment: Coordinate the strategic introduction and integration of new medical products and technologies into clinical workflows, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational readiness. Clinical Resource Optimization: Manage and optimize the use of clinical resources—including personnel, equipment, and supplies—to improve efficiency and support high-quality patient care. Project Management: Lead end-to-end implementation projects, overseeing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful execution of clinical initiatives. Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Facilitate and lead cross-functional teams and Product Implementation Task Force meetings to drive project progress, resolve issues, and maintain alignment across departments. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with healthcare providers, internal teams, and external suppliers to align goals, coordinate efforts, and ensure smooth deployment and adoption of new products. Communication & Coordination: Promote effective communication across all levels of the organization to support cohesive planning, execution, and follow-up on clinical resource initiatives. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Analyze key performance indicators related to resource utilization and product deployment, providing regular reports and actionable insights to leadership. Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements and best practices to enhance clinical operations, streamline supply chain activities, and support long-term strategic goals. Minimum Job Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree in nursing required or 7+ years RN plus associated healthcare resource or materials management experience. Certification / Registration / License Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state in which teammate practices Experience 5 years of experience in acute care clinical setting, complemented by demonstrated expertise in healthcare supply chain or related disciplines. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing required or 7+ years RN plus associated healthcare resource or materials management experience.
  • Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state in which teammate practices
  • 5 years of experience in acute care clinical setting, complemented by demonstrated expertise in healthcare supply chain or related disciplines.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, operations, and best practices
  • Critical thinking and analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive informed decision-making
