About The Position

The Clinical Research Supervisor Non-RN at AdventHealth Orlando is responsible for overseeing the conduct of clinical trials in accordance with regulatory guidelines. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Research, or related field and 2 years of experience in clinical research.
• Associates degree in Healthcare Administration, Research, or related field and 4 years of experience in clinical research or related field.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.

• Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Research, or related field
• 5 years of clinical research experience with increasing people management responsibilities
• Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC)
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of industry-sponsored and investigator-initiated clinical trials.
• Train, mentor, and develop clinical study coordinators and research staff.
• Supervise day-to-day activities of the clinical research team.
• Monitor and evaluate the quality and safety of clinical operations.
• Collaborate with operations managers and external partners to ensure timely study start-up.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for clinical research operations.
• Deliver effective clinical research study coordination as necessary.
