About The Position

We are a leader in digital cognitive health assessment, partnering with healthcare providers to identify cognitive impairment earlier and streamline care workflows. Our platform allows providers to deliver efficient, validated cognitive testing with full billing and documentation support. This internship project is a critical component of BrainCheck's strategic initiative to expand the scientific rigor and clinical utility of its cognitive assessment platform. The intern will work directly with the Clinical Operations team to support the development of our normative reference database and facilitate the collection of real-world clinical data from current customers using BrainCheck in diverse practice settings. This work aligns with BrainCheck's commitment to evidence-based healthcare innovation. Building a robust normative database strengthens the platform's diagnostic accuracy and clinical validity across demographic groups. Real-world data collection efforts, meanwhile, enable ongoing quality improvement, product optimization, and contribute to real-time insights into population-level cognitive health trends.

Requirements

• Strong interest in clinical research, healthcare operations, or digital health innovation.
• Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with data wrangling is a plus.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and independence.
• Professionalism in communicating with clinical customers and internal teams.
• Comfort with ambiguity and willingness to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
