About The Position

In this role, you will support innovative cardiovascular clinical trials that help advance new treatments and therapies while improving patient care in our community. The Clinical Research RN serves as the primary coordinator for assigned sponsor-based clinical trials. This role works closely with the Principal Investigator, trial sponsors, and interdisciplinary teams to recruit, enroll, and monitor study participants while ensuring compliance with study protocols and regulatory requirements. An ideal candidate would have prior cardiac nursing experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently. Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program required
- Current Minnesota RN License required
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required
- Knowledge of nursing standards, policies, procedures, and ethics
- Experience with Microsoft Office Software
Nice To Haves
- BSN or MSN preferred
- BSN or higher required within 36 months of being hired
- Three years related experience preferred.
- National certification in a nursing specialty preferred.
